REICH BLUESMOKER use specialised nozzles to gen- erate an aerosol of liquid smoke condensate. They are an interesting alternative to classic smoke generators and achieve similar results in terms of aroma and colour. The condensate is produced by smoke from natural hard woods and cleaned of any undesirable substances. This ensures environmentally-friendly operation and a clean produc- tion. The process is fully automatic and precisely regulated by the system controller to ensure standardised results.
