AIRMASTER® UKQ AIRJET
AIRMASTER® UKQ AIRJET is the new system concept with horizontal airflow. This design is recommended if products are overwhelmingly treated, which are on grills or in dishes. Even with small distances between levels and densely loaded goods, an absolutely consistent air and smoke distribution can be achieved in short process times in cold and hot-smoke processes with large loads. The preserving, quick and homogeneous drying and smoking of tofu has to be mastered. With the AIRMASTER® UKQ AIRJET almost twice the load on the 22 levels compared to units with vertical airflow becomes routine. An intelligent processing program in combination with the REICH cross-flow system make the industrial production of smoked tofu child's play.
The AIRMASTER® ClimaStar systems of the types KRAI, KKRI and KNRI are the traditional maturing, drying and cold-smoking units for raw sausages, semi-dry products and raw ham. These ClimaStar units are mostly installed in premises built on site or in rooms with panelled construction. The airflow system in combination with the air treatment and unit controls facilitates a standardised, equalised maturing, drying and any smoking individually for each product with minimum energy consumption.
The AIRMASTER® IKK series units are intensive cooling systems for fast, safe and economic cooling of cooked products. The shelf life and quality of the products are considerably increased as a result of the fast passage through critical temperature ranges. The optional cook function makes the unit even more versatile in turns of possible uses. AIRMASTER® BKQ AIRJET
The AIRMASTER® BKQ AIRJET impresses in the high-temperature range up to 300 °C in the production of roasted meatloaf and liver loaf with even roasting colour, crust and uniform core temperature. Another supreme discipline in the roasting temperature range is the production of roast ham and crispy roasts. The defined splitting of a crisp rind with a uniform roast colour and consistent core temperature becomes child's play. The production of suckling pigs with a crispy rind becomes a routine.
