The biggest challenge in producing thermally treated foods is ensuring consistently high quality between product batches and of each individual finished product. Not only sensory perception and appearance, but also yield and the economic efficiency of the overall process play an important role.

The solution to meet these demands is the unique, modular design of the REICH AIRMASTER® system. Based on a clever, modular system, each system housing consists of one or more tightly welded chamber modules, depending on the size of the system. Each module has a separate, high-powered fan unit as well as a heat exchanger for heating and optional cooling. The biggest advantage of this modular system compared to systems with a central air handling unit is, that each trolley can be supplied precisely and equally with air, heat or cooling energy, ensuring absolute uniformity between trolleys even in large systems.

MODULARITY

The very high air circulation levels and intelligent air guidance typical in REICH systems enable short, efficient processes, uniform products and the highest possible yield. Components like the controller, smoke generator or cleaning system can be individually arranged depending on your needs or available space.
